i am commerce student & i want to do BS.c IT in govt college can i apply for it? also can you provide me the list of govt collage ?

Hello.
Before going with this course you should know that it doesn't matter that whether you are from commerce stream for science but the necessity is mathematics and computer subject in 11th or 12th class, if you did your class 12th in commerce stream and you had the mentioned subject then you will be eligible for BSc in IT then you can apply for it.
