Yes , you are eligible for NDA examination even if you are a commerce student without maths but only for army and not for navy and Airforce
This is because,
For army, you need 10+2 qualification in any stream from any recognised board but for navy and air force it is mandatory to have maths and physics in 10+2.

Yes, you cannot give NDA exam with Mathematics in your 10+2 or Intermediate but only for Indian Army and not for Air Force or Naval.
NDA 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
** Candidates must have completed 12 th standard or equivalent exam from a recognised Board for Indian Army and Physics and Mathematics is compulsory subjects for Indian Air Force and Naval. **Candidates between 16 years to 19 years are eligible for NDA.
**For NDA 1, candidates should be born not earlier than July 2, 2003 and not later than July 1, 2006.
**For NDA 2 in 2022, candidates must have born not earlier than January 2, 2004, and not later than January 1, 2007.
