After b.tech you can write upsc exam.
if you want you can prepare for exam with your Graduation studies.
As of now the upsc exam includes three stages to qualify.
- Preliminary
- Mains
- Interview
Those candidate who clear preliminary exam are eligible to write the mains exam and give interview.
After qualifying the interview and main exam on the basis of merit jobs are given.
So you can download or take a print out of the syllabus and prepare a study plan according to your adjustment.
You should take a look at previous years question paper. This will help you to understand the exam pattern and syllabus so that according to that you can prepare your study plan.

I guess you have chosen your BTech degree already and are undergoing the course currently. Good to hear that you are doing a course you are interested in. After BTech, there are several other options and yes, answering UPSC exam is one of them. UPSC exam is for those interested in civil services like military, navy, police and so on. However, you need to keep reading newspapers, know what's happening as in the current affairs, and mainly attend webinars about how to prepare for UPSC exams. Select your subjects as there are options available to choose to answer the exam and start preparing for the same. Make sure you go through the school history textbooks as questions are asked from there too. Just start your preparations little by little.
