Know the syllabus.
Know the paper pattern.
Know the sections.
Know the prospects of it in future.
Join a coaching institute if you wish to.
If you dont then make a study plan. So basically make 2, one is study plan and other is routine plan of your daily activities.
Even if you join an institute, still make a study plan and follow it.
Professional training is required till the time you are sure about your self preparation.
