I am completed 12th board exam and results not till announced.. When i can apply for government law college 2020 in tamilnadu?

Don't worry about it. Application for new batch will be released after 12th results gets released. College authority will give time for that so wait with Patience.
Your 12th board is also trying best to make the process proceed with safety. Meanwhile prepare for higher studies and entry selection process.
