i am completed educationin maharashtra but got sc caste certificate from karnataka and also got domicile certificate from karnataka. so can i get sc category reservation in neet?

It doesn't matter where you have completed your ssc and +2 it is just an criteria to avail a particular state domicile certificate since you have caste and domicile certificate of Karnataka you can avail state quota and caste quota benefits of Karnataka.
