It's fine to get that percentage, everyone need not to be best at all things. you can opt CSE, if you've good technical skills and problem solving skills too. Or else B.Com. it's your interest.

You have a less percentage. Also mention from which stream you did your 12th from?

Computer courses at most need maths as well. So accordingly I can guide you.
