the eligibility criteria for lateral entry admission in diploma courses is candidates must pass  ITI (in Technical field)  of 1 year/ 2 years Certification  course after 10th or 10+2 Vocational  course in Technical field  or 10+2 course in science stream with PCM (physics, chemistry and math ) or  equivalent from any recognized Board/ Council.

however qualifying marks criteria m,ay differ college to college, since you have passed the II course you are eligible to apply.
