As you are saying you have already completed MA in history, so yes you are eligible for LLB(a law course). As you have already graduated, LLB is of three years duration only. You must have scored at least 40% in your graduation from a recognized institution.
You most probably have to appear an entrance exam to get admission into LLB course and then qualify a personal interview. Your age must not be more than 30 years.

What is the duration of the course you are doing right now? Is it a integrated MA course?

Dont worry you will be eligible as long as the university from which you are doing the course is recognised and affiliated. An open university degree is acceptable for most course in the country. There is no discrimination against candidates who have completed graduation through distance education. Therefore you are eligible for LLB course. Just make sure you score good in your final examination.(above 50%)
