I am completing my 12th in 2022 so can I give both jee main and jee advanced in 2023

Yes definitely you can appear for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance 2023 if you are goin to pass your class 12th in 2022 but note that JEE-Advance 2023 would be the last eligible attempt for you after that you will only left eligible for JEE-Main 2024.

To appear for JEE-Advance 2023 you will have to qualify JEE-Main 2023 and to appear in JEE-Main you need to satisfy some points :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qu alification :- For JEE-Main 2023 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2021, 2022 or 2023; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2023, would be eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category  or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category or needs to be in top 20 percentile of their board examination. This minimum percentage barrier in 12th was lifted off for the year 2021 i. e jee main 2021, if lifted again for jee main 2022 , then NTA will notify about it.
