Without doubt, your first choice should be IIM L WMP program. This program is an excellent choice if your live nearby Delhi or NCR area. Otherwise regular commute and applying for frequent leaves from your company can be big issue. After WMP, you are also eligible to apply for doctoral programs, as far as my knowledge goes, this means the course has weight and value in the market. ePGPx program is a blended one and gets completed in a year, which is good, but it is very new to the market. Also the brand value of IIML is much higher than IIMR. ePGPx does not have any accreditation (which many such programs don’t have), but there are some good programs which are accredited like EPGP from IIMK which is a blended program and is a well recognised program by the industry as well as academia. Accreditation are a benchmark for the quality, do also look out for this fact.

ePGPx program from IIM Rohtak is a one-year online diploma program. It is not an MBA course. To be a genuine Executive MBA from any IIM in India, a program has to be either one-year full-time or two-year blended/part-time. For above 6 lacs in price and no placement assistance, it is a really high priced diploma course. There are additional charges for campus visits and travels. IIM Rohtak ranks #23 in India. There are better executive education programs from other great institutes in India at much affordable fees structure. For EPGP, IIM Kozhikode is better option. At 12 lacs fees, it is cheaper than IIM Rohtak (per year cost). Above all, it is a genuine MBA degree program. If one still wants to go for One-year Executive Programs, look for Executive Program in Business Management (EPBM) from IIM Calcutta or Senior Management Program (SMP) from IIM Ahmedabad etc. for better value-price proposition.

It’s a One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives. It can either rbe an

offline or an online program. It focuses on general management orientation with emphasis on

practical knowledge. They also provide the students with the opportunity to improve on their

leadership skills and to teaches them to manage challenging situations.

 Eligibility

A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate

mark or equivalent CGPA.

5 Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience at the time of application.

 Selection Procedure

Candidates who fulfil the above-mentioned minimum criteria and want to apply for the program

should qualify in any of the following competitive exams to appear for the Personal Interview.

Diploma in Management'. IIM Rohtak alumni status will be awarded to all ePGPx graduates. No

a Two-Year Post-Graduate Programme for Working Executives. The WMP it is particularly for

working executives, entrepreneurs and professionals, who desire to enhance their managerial

knowledge and skills through formal management education while continuing to work full time

in their ongoing professions/businesses.

Choosing either of the program depends on how much time you can put into it. IIM lucknow has

an on-campus program with a two year course which is more intense and requires a lot of time.

So if you are in full time job and cannot take a lot of work pressure then you should go for the

IIIM Rohtak program. But the program as such is better in IIM lucknow. The faculty comprises

of the alumni and other experts. Here you get to meet the experts and learn from them. Also, the

course will be more comprehensive because it is spread across the time period of 2 years.
