Hello Aspirant

Yes, you can absolutely apply to Harvard University after completing your Class 12 from NIOS. Harvard, like many top universities, considers applications from students from various educational backgrounds.

Here are the general criteria for admission to Harvard:

Strong academic performance in your Class 12 exams is crucial. Aim for high grades in all subjects. You'll likely need to take the SAT or ACT exams and submit your scores. Harvard requires essays that showcase your personality, interests, and goals. Letters of recommendation from teachers or mentors can also be valuable.

Participation in extracurricular activities demonstrates your well-roundedness and interests. Successful applicants participate in interviews conducted by Harvard representatives.

Regarding fees, Harvard is a highly prestigious and expensive university. Tuition, room and board, and other expenses can be significant. However, Harvard offers generous financial aid packages to many admitted students, based on their family's financial needs.

Hope this helps
