i am currently in 1st year 2nd semester in Delhi University. Due to some reasons I have to go for my home town for 3 months. could I am able to give theory exams

Students with attendance between 40% and 66.6% will be issued admit cards conditional on their undertaking to cover up the deficit attendance in the next semester and ensure the combined average attendance for the two semesters is at least 66.6%. it Depends on your college. Try to convince your faculty and convince them for exam ,tell them your genuine problem.
