i am currently in fy bsc with microbiology zoology and chemistry and i am going to appear in neet 2021 which code i have to choose...i don't have physics in fy bsc so i am still able for code 5 or another code??? please give me perfect guidance

No, you cannot choose code 5 .
This is because,
You don't have physics in your graduation but for code 5 it is mandatory to have physics in graduation as code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics , chemistry and biology in their graduation.
You need to choose the code 2 as if you don't have physics chemistry and Biology in your graduation then the highest qualification with physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2.
