I am currently living in Delhi ncr and I want to give test for St Xavier Mumbai so is it mandatory for me to have my exam centre at mumbai

It depends if lot of people are applying from Delhi NCR they will definitely will have one or more centres in the Delhi region. You will get to know your location of your exam on the day of issue of admit card.
