I am currently pursuing bachelor of pharmacy and will be a passout in 2020. Can i get admission in MBA full time bcuz there is also an alternative course known as pharmMBA for pharmacy graduates OR am I going to face some restrictions due to my graduation field?

No you are not going to face any restrictions you can go ahead and apply for the MBA as it is good to not having any gap in studies cause once you enter into working field you will not find ample time for study so go for the admission.
