Hello

If u really want to get college through Mains, it is not necessary to cover all syllabus but u complete all the syllabus of class 12 if u are applicable to do.As class 12 covers almost 50%of JEE syllabus if u study the syllabus of class u can easily qaulify Mains of general category and can get admission in college. But u should go with some easy chapters of class 11 also.It will be very beneficial for you.

Go through chapter wise. Pick a single chapter and study the ncert book and then practice all the questions of that chapter from previous year question bank and ncert too.

Hi Ankit

This is Ritika

Hope you doing well coming to your question I would like to say no time is late you just need to start. So you can start from 12th also. Now how to prepare for this I would like to say in jee main there is 60 -40 ratio of 12th and 11th and to get good marks In jee you need to study all chapters of 12th with very clear concept meanwhile try to take 2hr almost time to study some chapters of 11th which carry more marks.

If you are starting now you really need to work hard with dedication to get good marks.

Best of luck ,wOrk hard and get success

Hope this clear your queries

Thank you

When I was preparing I prefer book of DC pandey for physics ,hcv is also very good.
For maths and chemistry I prefer sample question banks ,and ncert is also important for chemistry.
To give regular test is good way to judge yourself.

Managing about jee and boards I would say if your solving hard question then easy is easy only .
Syllabus of board and jee is different but jee is little bit advance  .

Hello Ankit,

In case you started your class 12th in session 2019-2020 then you have a clear shot at JEE Mains. You can the start your preparation right now and hopefully this  will make you ready by the end of the session to take up the JEE main next year. Doing this is advisable because it'll save you a year. Along with that focusing on 12 and jee simultaneously is it easy because the course structure is more or less the same. Taking a drop just for JEE main is not a very advisable option especially when you are in 12th and you know that you can prepare with it. along with that there are many factors that affect your decision so considering them you take a decision properly.

All the best.

Since you are not what done with the course of 11th you will need to put an extra effort for that taking up a coaching would be a good option, it will cover your class 11th and polish your 12th as well. Here only focusing on class 12th will make you score less in JEE main to score better you need to put an extra effort in class 11th course. The questions being asked in the boards are below the level of JEE main so while studying for class 12th will have to step Up it further and take into account the trend and the question types of JEE Mains and prepare accordingly. as I said coaching would be a good option for both class 11 and class 12th syllabus as well as JEE Mains. The schedule of your life for the year will become rigorous and will have to cope up with that without giving up, and keeping tabs on everything from school tests to coaching assignments. Also joining a test series would be a good option for evaluation of your performance and preparation level.

You can start observing the trends and solving papers anytime. But the sooner the better. You can take up coaching anywhere that suits your requirement. Most of the coachings are same. More depends on how you are taking it up and what your stratgistr are.
