Hey Praveen.
No, if you are already pursuing a full time course yoi cannot pursue BA LLB course simultaneously. 5 year integrated law courses are regular courses and as per the rules by Bar council of India, you can't pursue it in a distance or part time mode. So as you are doing a graduation course already then you can go for a 3 year LLB course after you complete your BCOM. Hence after BCOM it will take you 3 years in total to complete law.
If you join a BA LLB course now you can do it only after withdrawing from your BCOM course and starting the law course from 1st year itself.

As you mentioned that you are in the second year Bcom on you want to pursue BA LLB ...
So it's all depend upon you if you want to if you see better career through BA LLB then after course you will you can go for BA LLB there is no such rule that you will not get admission there..
