Generally it is possible but it depends on both the college's authority which one you want to leave and where you wish to get seat in so I would suggest you to talk to the college officials directly to know what criteria they follow in migration case as the process varies college wise.

If i get admission in another college, there is no problem to start from 1st year....
But, will the college authority(BIT Patna) allow me to leave the college after 1st year?
