    Yeah... of course.. u can change your specialisation from biotechnology to mechanical.

    Hello ,

    Thank you for connecting to careers360.com .yes , you can change it . while wriring the GATE application you can mention the subject you want to choose as your core subject for the examination . and if you get a good rank , you can join in mechanical engineering at masters level .all the very best for your future.
