Hello,
Corporate Laws deal with forming, owning, operating and managing of a corporation.
In UG level courses you need to take integrated law courses after completing a basic graduation degree you can specialise in Corporate Law.
An economics degree helps prepare you for careers that require numerical, analytical and problem solving skills – for example in business planning, marketing, research and management.
So yes economics is important in corporate law.
If you understand society (through a better understanding of economics) it will help you to better understand the design of the legal system.
As you will be appointed in a legal firm or corporation economics will be of great help.
Hope this helps!!
