Answer (1)
Dear Monika, yes you can pursue Psychology abroad. With Depression and criticism exceeding limits, Psychology has a scope beyond one's imagination. Ideally you should be taking GRE Psychology Test. This is a standardised test used in admissions into some graduate programmes in countries like US. This is a test of 2 hours and 50 minutes duration and the results have a validity of 5 years. The basic eligibility criteria for pursuimg Masters in Psychology is that you should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent. GRE, IELTS abd TOEFL are the language proficeincy tests that you have to take. One amongst these 3 is good enough. Admission process to every University differs. There are 2 intakes for admissions like Fall and Spring. So your preparation should be based on your desired intakes. First things first, you have to choose a University, check their eligibility criteria by visiting their official website. It is always suggested to shorltlist quite a few Universities. Get your reference letters and prepare a solid Statement of Purpose and have all the relevant documents ready. Ideally it is advisable to start preparing a year before the desired intake. Hope his helps.
