I am doing B.E Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and I have one standing arrear,I am having 63% marks,whether I am eligible or not???

Please be clearer as to which eligibility are you talking about? Is it for jobs or for higher education? How many arrears do u have ? If you are trying for a job, thee are few companies which have a certain limit to their backlog criteria. Plz give us more details on it so that we can help you with your question
