I am doing b.sc from physics, and I want to give GATE exam, is I am eligible for giving exam,and what to do for its preparation.

No, you are not eligible since a B.Sc. graduate is not eligible for the GATE examination because this examination requires an eligibility criterion of minimum B.Tech or Engineering to appear for examination.
You can however, appear for GATE examination when you are in final year of MSc or after completing your MSc only.
