I am doing bsc general 1 yr can I give jee main and advance in 2020 without giving bsc 1 year exam

If you have appeared for your class 12 boards in the year 2018 or 2019, then you are eligible for appearing in JEE mains 2020. But you will be eligible for Jee advanced 2020 only if you have appeared for class 12 boards in the year 2019. But both ways you are eligible for Jee mains.

And as you said you are in Bsc first year and hoping that you have not taken any drop between then you are eligible for Jee mains and advanced 2020.
