Hi there.
It seems like you have asked the same question twice. I have already written the answer to one.
Hence, here I'm just copy-pasting the same answer.
You are eligible to write NEET if you have scored 50% aggregate (for general candidates) in Class XII boards with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the subjects.
If you are currently pursuing your graduation it isn't necessary to complete it and then write NEET. You can do both at the same time.
Like if you are in first year now and are willing to write the exam then you surely can. There are many students who do the same.
But, keep in mind once you crack NEET, and get into a medical Institution you wouldn't be allowed to continue your B.Sc course. You can do only one course at a time.
For checking the eligibility criteria of NEET kindly refer to the following link:

In addition to these, you can refer to the following books for your preparation.
First of all, for all subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Biology study the NCERT books cover to cover at least twice. For Biology read NCERT as many times as possible. For only the text material of Biology, you actually don't need to refer to any other book. NCERT is more than enough for biology. You might doubt this but trust me NCERT is really really enough for Biology. I can't stress more on this FACT.
For Physics, after completing NCERT complete all examples and questions from DC Pandey Objective book of physics by Arihant publishers. Revise the material as much as possible.
For Chemistry, after completing NCERT, for physical chemistry do MCQ type questions from Vibrant Academy's book of Narendra Awasthi. It is a book for JEE but for NEET you only need to do and complete the TYPE 1 questions from that book and that will be enough. You will find direct questions in NEET from this book.
For inorganic chemistry, NCERT is enough. Read it as many times as possible. The same studying principle of Biology applies to Inorganic Chemistry as well.
For organic chemistry, solve Vibrant Academy's book by MS Chouhan. This book is specifically for NEET and will be enough to score high in the organic chemistry section.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
