I am doing BSC in chem micro botany subj so which MSc course is better for me MSc in chem or MSc in micro for better career options?

Well, both the subjects you mentioned have good scope and job opportunities in the near future, and better career options. So it's upto your interest and convenience that which subject you will choose. Well, in my opinion, doing M.sc in chemistry might be more beneficial but still it's your choice.
