As you are doing B.Voc(Food Processing and Nutraceuticals) so you are eligible for the MSC in food technology. For doing MSC in Food technology you have to complete your graduation in any one of the following:
Chemistry
Biochemistry
Botany
Zoology
Microbiology
Biotechnology
Home Science
Agriculture
Food Science and Nutrition
Food Technology
As you have food technology in your curriculum so you are eligible for doing MSC in food technology.
