I am doing engineering from , first year. can i now take admission into other engineering college second year. in what basis they take admission (MHT cet cutoff or cgpa I got in first year )?

Hey dear, yes you can take admission from 2nd year year in other college. If you have given your corresponding exam during your 1st year and got a good rank than you can shift to other good college otherwise you can also shift to other college on the basis of your merit.
