You can modify it, of course. You can specify the subject you want to use as your main exam subject while filling out the GATE application. and you can enrol in computer science engineering at the masters level if you have a decent and you can enrol in computer science engineering at the masters level if you have a decent.

You can do that, however just a few colleges allow for this restriction. You should do additional research. You may examine it at DU and JNU.
