Hello.
If your are pursuing your BDS from India and wanna go to Spain for MDS then some points you need to know :

Spanish language exam is not compulsory to do your bachelor/masters from Spain.
one English language proficiency test either IELTS or TOEFL is mandatory for all who wanna do their study from Spain .
one University Access exam is also there which you can go for but it is not mandatory , this exam is PCE ( Prueba de Competencia Especificas ), well ,this exam will help you to improve your grades for getting into the universities in Spain.
apart from these you can also appear for some scholarship exams of different universities in Spain that may give you good reimbursement in fee.
