I am doing my MBA and got it by pgcet now I'm in second sem but I have no interest in completing my MBA can i leave MBA after 1st year and will the college give me degree and documents I'm studying in private university.

You can leave the MBA at any point of time, but college might ask you to pay full fee for remaining semesters.
But...
What about it consequences!! Have you thought about it?
If you have a solid plan regarding your future then you can take this step but if you are doing this without any reason, out of peer pressure,then i would suggest you to think again.
