Hi Pavi,

Both of them are very good branches of study. HR and Marketing is more related to the promotion and advertisement department. You will be handling the employees who specialize in marketing. On the other hand, HR and logistics will lead you to a job where you will work on the detailed organization and implementation of a complex operation within the company. So, it totally depends on your interests and skills. There is no role of gender here. I have seen women working in both these fields and earning a good amount.
