I am domicile of Bihar from ebc category can but doing 10+2 from Rajasthan bord can I get ebc quota in cnlu Patna plz tell me .

Even if you're doing 10+2 from Rajasthan, you'll get EBC quota, because your official residential address which is Registered is of Bihar. So best of luck!
