Yes other state domicile student can take admission in private medical colleges in any state of India. At the time of counselling candidate has to apply in deemed university category on the website of MCC for getting is medical seat in private medical colleges in any state.On the other hand Maharashtra domicile student can take admission in admission through institutional quota any private medical colleges in India. .
