Since you are from maharastra and have domicile of maharastra you are eligible for 85% quota in maharastra only as it is 85% STATE QUOTA, in any other state , for government colleges of that state ypu will be eligible through ALL INDIA 15% quota only.

85% is reserved for the those candidates of Karnataka who do have the domicile of the state and have been the residents of Karnataka for quite a long time.
For all other causes, one need to go through 15% quota to gain entry.
