I Am domicile of telangana and studied upto 5th class here. but passed 10th,12th from maharashtra board. am i eligible for 85%state quota in telangana NEET. please help me..

No, you are not eligible for home state quota in Telangana. Home state quota applies on the basis of state of eligibility which is the state where the candidate has pursued his class 12th studies.
In your case, your state of eligibility is Maharashtra and hence you will only be eligible for home state quota of Maharashtra and not telangana.
