I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, yes, you can apply for your Domicile state TN through AIQ and if your rank is sufficient then you could also get a seat in TN. There is no relation between AIQ and your domicile state so anyone can apply through AIQ irrespective of state, caste, gender, etc.
