Candidates who have qualified NEET 2021 and are domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh can participate in counselling and eligible for the 85% state reservation in MP NEET 2021 .The rest of the 15% seats is reserved through the all India quota (AIQ) for the students who do not have the domicile of the State.

Therefore, you would only be able to apply for the state counselling of that state for which you have the state domicile otherwise you won't be able to apply for the state level counseling.

However, you might get admission in some of the private medical colleges of different states through management quota.
