NEET 2020 Admit Card.
NEET 2020 Rank Card
High School board Mark Sheets
class 10 marks sheet
High School Passing Certificate.
class 12 marks sheet
Identity Proof aadhar card voter card
Birth Certificate.
Category Certificate (for SC ST OBC)
Income certificate ( for EWS)
Passport size photograph
Etc.

Recent Photograph |
All the photographs must be identical, recent and must have candidates’ names written on them in capital letters and year on the back . |

Medical Fitness Certificate |
Required by all. The certificate must be approved by a Medical Council of India (MCI) registered medical practitioner and must include blood group as well. |

Caste Certificate |
Only the candidates who fall under reservation are required to carry their Caste Certificate. Candidates belonging to General category do not require to carry one. |
