Dear KP,
Allen notes are good enough to be followed. They contain a large no. of exercises in both JEE Main and Advanced level. Though, you should first start with the bible of JEE Main, NCERT books. Afterwards, you can study deeper concepts from Allen study material. It is also good to have a few reference books for better preparation:
Physics:
- Concepts of Physics I&II by H.C.Verma
- Fundamentals of Physics by Resnick and Halliday
Chemistry:
- Physical Chemistry by O.P.Tandon
- Organic Chemistry(Theory and Workbook) by M.S.Chauhan
- Inorganic Chemistry by O.P.Tandon
Mathematics:
-
IIT Mathematics Plus by Das Gupta
I think allen notes will be sufficient as you will know the basics. Also any coaching material will have proper notes and will serve as a good question bank.Almost all the materials will have the same gist so dont be juggled between various books and references. Just stick to the ones which you are comfortable with and solve a lot of problems.
Hope this helps.Wish you Best of Luck
