Yes friend after completing your B.Tech you can do your Master degree with M.Sc physics ....But in my opinion doing Master degree with M.Tech is a better option for you....Because it's related to your study and after doing your master degree in M.tech you can get a better job as compare to after completing your M.Sc..........So it's better than you can go for the M.Tech .......Thank you

Yes,off course, if you had completed your Bachalors degree then you can apply for the MSc program.
There are several college in India for the Msc physics .
For this you can also apply for the state level counselling for Msc program held every year in different states, if you are eligible according to there criteria.
but if you wants to do Msc from the IIT campus ,so there is a national level eaxm conducted:-
IIT Kanpur has released the application form of JAM 2020 on September 4, 2019, in online mode. Candidates can register for the national-level examination through JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS). The last date to apply for JAM 2020 is October 8, 2019 (till 5.30). JAM is conducted by one of the IITs every year. The online process of admission is carried out on one single generated online portal called JAM Online Processing System (JOAPS). Joint Admission Test for M.Sc Programmes is a computer-based entrance test for admissions to a number of programmes including M.Sc, Joint M.Sc-Ph.D, M.Sc PhD dual programme, integrated PhD, M.Sc-M.Tech and M.Sc-M.S (Research) in as many as 20 IITs and IISc Bangalore. JAM 2020 is held in six papers-

Candidates wishing to apply for M.Sc programmes at the IITs and NITs must meet the eligibility criteria of JAM 2020. JAM 2020 eligibility criteria are different for each of the M.Sc programmes offered by the participating institutes.
JAM eligibility criteria are as follows
All candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree. Proof of graduation should be submitted by September 30, 2020.
General/OBC (NCL) candidates must have obtained at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 CGPA/CPI in aggregate without rounding-off.
Marks must be calculated taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries for all years combined
SC/ST and PwD category candidates must have obtained at least 50% or 5.0 out of 10 in their graduation
