All the best
EE AND ECE two branches of engineering are very similar to each other. In ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING you will study about Power System, Electrical Machines, Network Circuit Theory, etc. In ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING you will learn about Digital and Analog Electronics, Analog and Digital communication, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Signal Systems, etc.
From a job perspective in most of the PSUs, hire ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING and ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING students for similar positions for that job.
All the best.
