As I read the MMVY article regarding this
It says that if you are an domicile student of Madhya Pradesh state and s curing good percentage in Entrance as well as State board exam.
Now for scholarship process we have to apply for it.
then after we have to submit hardcopy of the application form. After verification of 5 months you will get an MMVY scholarship
