Hi Aspirant,

I understand that you belong to the e w s category and you are unable to claim the same because you are unable to to obtain a w a certificate to establish your validity for the same category and so to answer your question you would most definitely be considered as a general candidate due to the fact that you do not have it diploma certificate to validate your reservation and so you would be allotted seat or rank through the general category merit like other general category candidates.
