You ca get the seat through EWS if in your state, this quota is applicable otherwise you need to apply through the general category in maharashtra. The cutoff marks for the maharashtra state for the govt. medical college are 400 for unreserved category in 2018. So you can go for the counselling round and get your seat in maharshtra medical college. For application through EWS you need to have EWS certificate issued by the state authority.
