Your score in the BOARDS exam 76% is eligible to get you admitted in a college like MSU. As for the GUJCET prediction you well get a reasonable rank and according to past year's cut-off for obc for various courses are around :

CS : 1580-1132

Electrical engineering : 5912- 5292

Mechanical : 3346-2902
