I am expecting 110-120 marks in AIIMS 2019 Shift-4. Can i get admission in any AIIMS Institute including phase-IV AIIMS.

Yes you may get any of the AIIMS but not AIIMS DELHI.
The marks you got are looking good but not so good to get admission in the institute of Delhi that is AIIMS Delhi.
It is one of the prestigious Institute of our nation and try to get into that which make your life great
