i am expecting 150marks in UCEED 2019. Do i have any chance to get admission in any IIT under SC category?

As you are in SC category, you do definitely have good chances of getting into some good college's. You have visit the below link to check out the cutoff of previous years for various colleges category-wise. With that you'll get a good idea , here's the link :
