Congratulation on your score. 180 is a decent score to get any good NIT if you consider last year cutoff score i.e 74 marks for Gen. As per your marks, you can get a lot of colleges of your preferred branch. But it is tough to get a seat in top NITs like Trichy, Surathkal, Rourkela, etc. In NIT Patna you can get EE and the list goes on.

See the marks u have is considered as the average score in the JEE MAINS exam and is pretty good for u to bag a seat in good NITs for pursuing ur btech career. Right now telling which college u will get for sure is not a good move as the percentiles are too random. U may be getting the NIT JAIPUR , MNIT BHOPAL , NIT SURAT etc.
